Virtual Business Solutions, LLC was founded in 2009 by Sophia Sealy the current CEO.Sophia Sealy brings a solid background of more than 6 years within the e-communications and information technology industries, where she developed expertise in mapping out all the ways her clients can utilize more sophisticated business concepts by refining their administrative strategy and processes. An entrepreneur herself, Sophia understood the pressures of trying to run a business and the amount of time that it takes to do so on a daily basis. Sophia saw a need to help entrepreneurs and small business owners who were either just starting a business or who had already been in business and did not have resources or finances to hire a full-time assistant to help with every day tasks or projects. Sophia wanted to help other ambitious business people achieve success with less effort. Virtual-Biz has grown tremendously since that time of inception, but the level of care for clients and their needs has never diminished. She would be delighted to help you reach your goals! Tika Jefferson joined the Virtual-Biz team in early 2010. Having spent the earlier years of her career in a supervisory role within retail sales, Tika was later employed by Smith Barney which later became Citigroup Smith Barney, first as a part-time receptionist and then promoted into highly responsible operational role working with and opening up all new accounts and processing all client documents on file. After several years on the operational side of the business and with a desire to expand her knowledge, Tika was then promoted to Sr. Client Service Associate where she worked diligently in her last role as an assistant to five Financial Advisors, helping them grow their client bases and achieve success. Tika is passionate and dedicated to helping anyone with whom she comes in contact with and takes great pride in the work that she performs.
